Magazine Title

After researching into the music magazine industry and analysing a music magazine, I have begun planning my own music magazine. I started with choosing a name for it because I feel that this is a very important factor of the magazine. It needs to suit the style of the magazine as well as being interesting, attractive and appealing to the reader. I have decided that it would be beneficial the the music magazine industry if i created a magazine of the RnB genre. This is because during my research I noticed that there was a gap in the market as when I searched for a magazine to analyse I could not find one of the RnB genre.

Firstly, I have thought of 10 different title ideas for my music magazine which are listed in the table below. I have asked 10 different people to decide which one is their favourite.

After totalling up each name I can see that there were two favourites, these were MTF Base and Staged. However, 4 people voted for the name Staged so this is going to be the title I use for my music magazine.

I then edited the title in photoshop by changing the colours, font, size, giving it a glow, a drop shadow and I also Bevel and Embossed it. This is my final Magazine title.
